1. ORDERS
    a. Please place orders correctly, provide correct address including street name
    postcode and door number
    b. Provide name and surname
    c. If possible provide mobile number for delivery purposes only
    d. Due to operations we can contact you anytime to discuss your order
    e. Inform us if you need any special assistance (sickness or disability)
    f. You can cancel your order any time except when item in transit then delivery
    charges apply
    g. Before placing order please see your location on our delivery map and ensure
    you are in our operations area
  2. Delivery
    a. Buyer must be present when delivery taking place
    b. If buyer can not take delivery in person must give a name of person taking
    delivery on buyers behalf
    c. If buyer is not present and there’s no one to take delivery we can leave item in
    dry safe place (porch/back garden/garage) buyer must inform us in writing
    (email or web chat, text message)
    d. Buyer must sign for item when delivered
    e. Delivery information will be provided 48-24 hrs before delivery
    f. Our courier partners/our dispatch team will contact you directly on your
    mobile with delivery details
    g. Delivery details means delivery day and time, usually 3h slot, tracking link
    h. Tracking is generated 48-24hrs before delivery and its provided by DETRACK
    Proof of Delivery Software
    i. Delivery partner/our dispatch team will call or text you 30-45 min before
    arrival to your location on the day of delivery
    j. Make sure entrance/hall is clear when delivery taking place, drivers are not
    responsible for removing objects EASY SOFAS AND WARDROBES LTD do
    not take any responsibility if any damage acquired
    k. We do not use standard couriers therefore tracking will not be available when
    item dispatched
    l. We use specially trained transport company that specialises in heavy bulky
    goods
    m. We develop our operations to make sure you receive the best service and
    goods in perfect shape. We call it “EASY Warehouse to Door delivery service”
    which means your item doesn’t travel from one depo to another, instead the
    item is loaded in the morning and on the same day getting delivered to the
    buyer.
    n. Delivery time frame provided by marketplace partners may change and the
    buyer will be informed in advance.
    o. Wardrobes/Bunk Beds/High Sleepers Beds
    o1. we deliver to ground floor only
    o2. It is not a courier responsibility to take item to your exact location
    o3. delivery to a flats – delivery to ground floor only if you are in the first floor
    and above please infirm us we can assist, charges may apply please inquiry
    o4. delivery to a house – we place your item in safe place on the ground floor
    usually corridor by the main door if you require any assistance please inform
    us
    o5. Item must be checked and if any damages found buyer must inform us
    with in 24-48 hours after delivery
    o6. Mirrors must be check with a courier on the day of delivery
    p. Sofas
    p1. We deliver sofas to a room of your choice
    p2. Assembly not included and can be purchased as optional
    p3. Please make sure main entrance/hall/lifts are big enough to fit sofa please
    speak to us if you not sure
    p4. Delivery to flats – we will deliver to room of your choice please contact us
    if your building have no lifts or its temporary out of service
    p5. Delivery to house – we will deliver to room of your choice please inform us
    if you require taking sofa to upper levels
